The Brookmoor condos are located just off the of Old Fairhaven Parkway at 28th Street. There are 2 condos per building for a total of 18 condos. They were built in 1999 and look more like duplexes.

The buildings are close to WWU and the Fairhaven Historic District and all it has to offer.
