The Waldron and Young are located in the center of Bellingham's Historic Fairhaven District. The Waldron Building was originally built three Fairhaven's boom in 1891, its first occupants were a real estate office, the stationery store and the bank of Fairhaven. The top three stories of the building were never occupied until now. A few years ago the building was totally overhauled and turned into beautiful view condos on the top three floors, and commercial and retail space on the ground floor. It's a great combination of the charm of old world architecture and modern-day conveniences.
The Young Building is part of the same complex, but as a new building designed in the Victorian style of the turn-of-the-century. Many of the units also have great bay views.
