The Woodland Hills condos are located just off the of Old Fairhaven Parkway, on Cody Circle. They were built in 2002.

The buildings are close to WWU and the Fairhaven Historic District and all it has to offer. They are in a beautiful parklike setting with 2 acres of city parkland nearby for hiking and biking.
